Baby Ear Splinting Other Solution

Merry Christmas, season greetings and happy new year 2014.

I have delayed posting the other solution for pointy ears. Apologies for the delay. Nicole is four years old now and she has beautiful ears. She does not need to undergo ear correction surgery or whatsoever. This is a wonderful and beautiful solution that does not hurt our darlings.

The other solution are "baby hair bands". They are cute and is a good solution for everyday wear (even when baby is sleeping). They are also safe to use as not to suffocate babies who sometimes may pull on the hair band. Kindly remember do buy the knitted baby hair bands. Other types of hair bands may suffocate your babies if it is mispositioned.

After placing hair band on your darling little ones, please do check on the ears every  now and then as it might get folded the wrong way when baby is sleeping.

The hairband that I used and bought are cheap too. They cause 1 dollar per piece, and I had given babysitters a few to mix and match with baby's clothes. Attached pictures are those hair bands that I use on my darling daughter.

Photo updates: Nicole with her knitted baby hair band. She wore it until she was one years old.

Refer pictures above, and Happy trying. Please, no baby ear splinting. Please keep me posted on your end results too. i will post a picture of my darling daughter Nicole and Felicity (her younger sister) too.

Attached below please do not use this type of hair band. Potential hazard of suffocation.

  1. Hi Sugerprinces,

Thanks for dropping by my humble rojak blog. I know this comment is irrelevant to your post, but just to drop a comment here to say thank you for clicking on my blog to checkout the post on the electric lunch box.

If the electric lunch box cannot be used to cook porridge, then I don't see what's the point of buying one. Don't tell me the seller expects the buyer to just steam rice/dishes/egg?

The electric lunch box can be used to cook rice, porridge, soup, tongsui, steam eggs, pau and also steam back frozen food (if you pack overnight food to work, like me).

Overall, I wouldn't say it's a good buy (because it uses a lot of electricity, and I have to keep opening the lid, checking and adding water to continue cooking), but if you want to cook food for just 1 small fussy eater (like my boy), this electric lunch box is perfect.

That's all I see in this lunch box.

  2. How long did you use the headband for? What age did you start using it and when did you notice her ears sticking out. Would you say it made a big difference? Thank you! I'm struggling with ear buddies.

  3. If you start young, the ear buddies are really worth it. But you have to be prepared to put the time in. We found the instructions a little tricky to follow, but the product itself is simple, yet efective. Did you start the process when your baby was older? I've hear it is more difficult when you leave it late...

They are not very well known here is Spain. Her are some of their results: https://www.earbuddies.co.uk/pages/what-parents-say
